This data sheet will confine itself to addressing the "negative" side of the notion of risk, essentially considering dangers (or threats), as opposed to opportunities. Since there is no such thing as zero risk, we're talking about prevention, and in terms of treatment, we'll be talking more about risk reduction than improvement, which corresponds more to the "positive" side represented by the notion of opportunity.

  • identify the elements to be analyzed;

  • carry out a risk analysis associated with the process review ;

  • initiate risk reduction actions.
