INTRODUCTION
Your quality management system is based on the process approach. This has certainly enabled you to improve the flow of information between the departments and functions involved in your activities.
If your quality approach is based on ISO 9001, you may not yet have implemented process reviews as a complement to management reviews, since this practice is not strictly speaking a requirement of the standard.
