4. Use a process review

When you set up your quality management system, you'll need to determine the interactions between processes (ISO 9001 requirement – 4.4.1 point b). You'll probably create process descriptions that will enable you to deploy the process risk management method.

Generally speaking, all these tools will enable you to identify a number of adjustments that need to be made quickly. This is true for any tool that is put in place, and in particular for the process risk management tool. It's all about making "risk" information "live" over time.
