3. Implement preventive actions

You identified the need for preventive action in the previous step:

• red zone: priority 1 ;

• dark orange zone: priority 2 ;

• light orange zone: priority 3.

All these actions must be monitored:

• action definition ;

• pilot of the action ;

• target implementation date ;

• action progress.

It's customary to formulate actions using an infinitive verb and a complement. This expresses movement.
