5.1 Carry out risk assessments in workgroups
You can't carry out a risk assessment alone. You're the QSE manager and you think you know the company inside out. And even if that's true, it's vital that the tool is adopted by operational staff, because it's first and foremost their tool. As day-to-day players in the processes, operational staff are in the best position to assess the risks of failure in their processes.
