3. Implement the conditions for production control and service preparation

Once the conditions for production control have been defined, the next step is to implement them. The success of this stage depends on the contribution of several factors:

• competent personnel and actions to prevent human error ;

• appropriate infrastructure and working environment ;

• documented information available ;

• monitoring and measurement activities carried out at appropriate stages (to verify compliance with established criteria) with appropriate resources ;

• product or service release and delivery activities.
