2. Determine the conditions for operational control
Controlling operational activities involves several phases: planning, implementing, controlling and improving ( Plan , Do , Check , Act ). Determining control conditions means first and foremost anticipating (and planning) the production process. To do this, you need to determine :
product or service requirements; these are the basis for customer satisfaction and product release criteria. These requirements are generally derived from commercial and design/development activities;
criteria for processes and for acceptance of products and services; these criteria are the elements that enable us to judge the conformity of the process and/or the conformity of the products and services being produced;
