Your goal deployment analysis will help you identify where efforts need to be focused, but it doesn't guarantee that the skills are present within your organization.

The partnership with human resources, or the entity managing skills within your organization, has to be built from this moment on!

With the help of this department, if it doesn't already have it, you can check the availability of the skills needed to achieve your organization's objectives, and thus determine any gaps to be filled, as discussed in chapter 7.2 Skills of ISO 9001.
