2. What is a SMART objective?

If there's one simple mnemonic that will help you in your approach, it's SMART! SMART stands for : S imple, M esurable (and quantifiable), A tteignable, R ealistic, T enable in time.

2.1 Simple

As your ultimate goal is to make your objectives as intuitive as possible, keep them simple, without unnecessary "blah-blah". They should contain no more than the elements needed to answer the following four points.
