6. Our advice

6.1 Accept document printing

It can be tempting to prohibit all printing when implementing dematerialization. Instead, our advice is to empower staff, and automatically generate watermarks indicating staff name, date and copy status. After that, you'll need to check regularly to make sure that these printed documents don't end up in filing cabinets, thereby preventing a parallel system from being set up.
