1. Preparing the meeting

Using the TOP method, you can methodically prepare the meeting by defining its main objectives:

TOP" method
  • T: clearly define the theme of the meeting, i.e. "What are we going to talk about?

  • O: define the objective to be achieved at the end of the meeting, i.e. "Should we find solutions, present only the issues, present results?

  • P: precisely define the plan, the agenda and the points to be addressed to achieve the objective.

All this information must then be transcribed into an agenda setting out :

  • TOP ;

  • the list of participants (it is possible, and even recommended, to include the role of each person, the...
