INTRODUCTION
Each version of ISO 9001 has had its own slogan or key concept. Remember the 1987 and 1994 versions, and their now-famous slogan: "Write what you do, and do what you write". The 2000 version introduced the process approach and the continuous improvement approach, in which the company itself identifies its areas for improvement and plans corrective actions until undesirable situations are resolved.
What's the signature of the 2015 version? Seven years after its release, it's still hard to say for sure.
