5.1 Controlling modifications
ISO 9001 requires change management for each phase:
planning changes to the QMS (see chapter 6.3);
during the requirements review, on product/service modifications (see chapter 8.2.4);
during design and development (see chapter 8.3.6);
in production, series production or during service provision (see chapter 8.5.6).
IATF 16949 completes some of these points.
