4.1 Get the EFQM 2013 brochure

After reading the thirty or so pages, ask yourself the following ten questions:

• What did I read that shocked me, that I could criticize or that was wrong?

• What parts or fundamentals of a company or organization are missing?

• Does it make sense to aim for overall performance, rather than short-term economic profit?

• Can an organization function in the medium and long term without taking its stakeholders into account?

• Isn't mobilizing staff an increasingly vital challenge?

• Won't today's approaches produce tomorrow's results?
