4. Our advice

4.1 Set yourself a goal

If there is a strong need and desire to improve reliability, it is more effective to do so in the context of an intense, relatively short campaign, using project management and change management methods. You could, for example, aim to resolve 50% or 80% of reliability problems during this campaign. The remaining actions will be carried out within the framework of continuous improvement, and will help to keep the objective of making the process more reliable visible and tangible for the organization over the long term.
