1. Maintenance strategy
Maintenance is the sum total of technical, administrative and management actions during the life cycle of an asset, designed to maintain or restore it to a condition in which it can perform its required function. It encompasses all troubleshooting, repair, adjustment, overhaul, control and verification activities for both tangible (machines, vehicles, buildings, etc.) and intangible (software) equipment.
There are two types of maintenance: corrective and preventive.
1.1 Corrective maintenance
