INTRODUCTION
As part of your company's quality approach, numerous action and improvement plans have been defined, and you are responsible for monitoring the implementation and compliance with deadlines of all or part of them. This sheet provides you with the means to carry out this follow-up and to involve the company's players.
Steps
List all the sources or situations behind the actions you need to follow up (e.g. management reviews, quality meetings, actions following customer complaints, actions following internal audits).
Group actions to be followed up to create coherent action lists relevant to the recipients concerned.
Update these action lists or tables, communicate them to the relevant players, and provide regular reminders until the actions have been completed.
