2. How do I apply for approval?

The organization must have submitted a written application for approval to the Ministry of the Environment. This includes various elements.

• If the organization is a legal entity, the application must include its name, registered office, legal structure and the capacity of the person signing the application.

• If the organization is a natural person, the surname, first name and address must be given.

The list of headings in the nomenclature of classified installations for which approval is requested will also be supplied, together with a valid certificate of accreditation covering the headings concerned.
