If I operate several classified facilities under different regimes, which regime should I choose for the site as a whole?

In the case of installations classified under different regimes for the same industrial site, the regime selected will be that of the installation likely to have the greatest impact on the environment.

Is it possible to switch from authorization to registration? What do I have to do then?

If, as a result of the introduction of the registration system in the nomenclature, an installation initially classified under the authorization system is now classified under the registration system, it is possible to benefit from the anteriority. To do so, the operator must apply within one year of the entry into force of the decree modifying the nomenclature.
