Ministerial orders on general requirements

Orders issued by the Minister responsible for Classified Installations setting out the general requirements applicable to certain categories of facilities subject to declaration. These orders apply automatically to new facilities, and specify the deadlines and conditions under which they apply to existing facilities. They also specify the conditions under which these requirements may be adapted to local circumstances by prefectoral order (article L. 512-10 of Code de l’environnement ).
