Prefectoral decree

Administrative act concerning an enforceable decision of general or individual scope issued by the prefect, imposing the execution of a certain number of prescriptions.

Effect

Result of an action (voluntary or involuntary).

Operator

Individual or legal entity holding (or applying for) an authorization to operate. A person submitting an application for authorization to operate (DAE) is also commonly referred to as a petitioner.

Impact

Consequence (possibly indirect and/or deferred in space and time) of an event, process, activity or infrastructure.

Nomenclature

A reference document that classifies facilities under different regimes (AS, A, DC or D)....
