1. Why include appendices?

The regulations do not provide for a list of appendices to be systematically attached to an environmental authorization application file. It is up to the applicant to select the documents he or she deems necessary in order to :

• provide additional information to facilitate reading and understanding of the environmental authorization application file;

• justify the arguments put forward in the environmental authorization application.
