4.1 Do not comment on the ICPE inspector's grievances
When the ICPE inspector inspects your plant and draws up a statement of non-conformity, he must send you a copy of this document and invite you to make observations. It is important to exercise this right by providing in writing the technical information needed to understand the situation and, where applicable, by explaining the measures taken to prevent the situation from recurring.
