Responsibilities: Identify the players involved in implementing your operating responsibilities

The administrative authority designates both :

• the person who discovered the pollution or non-conformity of your facility (this may be an ICPE inspector or any police officer);

• the departmental prefect, who will be informed of the pollution or non-compliance and will decide whether or not to impose administrative sanctions, based on your administrative and/or environmental responsibilities.
