Assignment
Bailiff's deed by which the victim summons the operator to appear before the civil court within a specified time limit.
Contravention
The least serious offence, punishable by a fine of up to 1,500 euros; contraventions are determined and defined by regulation (decree, order).
Crime
The most serious offence, punishable by a prison sentence ranging from ten years to life imprisonment (fines of up to 75,000 euros for legal entities); contraventions are determined and defined by law.
Crime
Offence more serious than a contravention and less serious than a felony, punishable by a fine from 3,750.00 euros to 500,000.00 euros and/or imprisonment for up to ten years; contraventions are defined by law.
