INTRODUCTION
As an operator, you need to be aware of and comply with the regulatory constraints applicable to your activities. ICPE legislation confers powers on the State:
of authorization or refusal of authorization to operate a facility ;
regulation (imposing compliance with certain technical provisions, authorizing or refusing the operation of an installation);
control ;
sanction.
Each classification regime (D or DC, E, A or A with Seveso SH or SB status) has its own regulatory framework and commissioning procedure.
