 INTRODUCTION

As an operator, you need to be aware of and comply with the regulatory constraints applicable to your activities. ICPE legislation confers powers on the State:

  • of authorization or refusal of authorization to operate a facility ;

  • regulation (imposing compliance with certain technical provisions, authorizing or refusing the operation of an installation);

  • control ;

  • sanction.

Each classification regime (D or DC, E, A or A with Seveso SH or SB status) has its own regulatory framework and commissioning procedure.

The purpose of this sheet is to :

  • introduce you to the procedures associated with the various plans;

  • to help you understand them and make them easier to implement.
