2. What are the deadlines?

For MMRIs commissioned before January 1 2011:

• An initial assessment must be completed by December 31, 2013;

• a monitoring program must be drawn up by December 31, 2014.

For MMRIs commissioned after January 1 2011, the initial status and monitoring program must be completed no later than 12 months after commissioning.

For MMRIs that have been commissioned and for which the initial status shows that no functional check has been carried out, this check must be carried out before June 30, 2014.
