2.1 What is a noticeable change?
The principle is that any modification made by the operator to the facility, its mode of use or its surroundings, which results in a significant change to the elements of the initial declaration, authorization or registration application, must be notified to the Prefect before it is carried out (articles R. 512-33, R. 512-46-23 and R. 512-54 of Code de l’environnement ).
