Is there a nomenclature for unclassified noisy activities?
Article L. 571-6 of Code de l’environnement provides for the development of a nomenclature of noisy activities.
In reality, there is no nomenclature similar to that for ICPEs, but rather sector-specific regulations issued on the basis of Article L. 571-6 of the Code de l’environnement :
