2. Grandfathering conditions

2.1 Regular system commissioning

The first condition for retaining the benefit of acquired rights is that the plant has been properly commissioned with regard to town planning regulations. In particular, you must have obtained a valid building permit for the installation. To check whether your installation has a valid building permit, you can contact the relevant services of the town hall where your installation is located.

Please note

If your plant has been duly commissioned, you can submit a declaration to the Prefect.

If your plant has not been properly commissioned, you will need to submit a full ICPE dossier to regularize the situation.
