1. The appearance of a new heading in the nomenclature

The nomenclature can evolve in a number of ways (see Changing the nomenclature: identifying your obligations [FIC 0012] ) to help prevent risks associated with facilities classified for environmental protection. New headings may be created to take account of the risks associated with certain activities not subject to legislation on classified facilities, or to split one heading into several in order to clarify the applicable regulations.
