1. Submit the application for authorization of an AS classified facility

Prior to commissioning, the application file for an AS plant must be submitted to the prefect of the département in which the plant is to be located.

This file, drawn up under the responsibility of the applicant, includes not only the same documents as those that form part of a conventional authorization application, but also a number of additional studies, in-depth analyses or additional guarantees linked to accidental risk.
