No, the only version of the BSD that removes responsibility as a waste producer is the BSD filled in by the final waste treatment facility, which must fill in the code linked to the treatment operation (D or R + one digit).
My service provider has a prefectoral decree for his paper processing activity. Can I also send him my rubber waste?
Yes, if its prefectoral decree stipulates that its facilities are suitable for processing this type of waste.
