5. Make sure your waste is disposed of properly

There are two types of document to ensure that the waste has been properly managed and disposed of.

5.1 Waste tracking slip (BSD)

The BSD is issued when hazardous waste is removed. The Cerfa n° 12571*01 form is generally used, but there are other forms depending on the nature of the waste (DASRI, asbestos, dental amalgam, etc.). Cf. Waste: control points [FIC 0783] .
