2. Draw up a hazard study
For facilities subject to authorization with servitudes, the hazard study must be carried out in accordance with the provisions laid down by ministerial decree.
Until 1 er June 2015, this refers to arrêté du 10 mai 2000 as amended and to article R. 512-9 of Code de l’environnement .
