1. Identify the generic content of the authorization request
The application for authorization to operate (DEA) must contain :
the identity of the individual or legal entity wishing to commission the system;
the precise location of the installation ;
the nature and volume of the planned activities and the relevant nomenclature headings;
the manufacturing processes that the applicant will implement to enable a proper assessment of any hazards or drawbacks presented by the facility;
the operator's technical and financial capabilities;
the administrative status of the plant concerned;
