The declaration file sets out the measures to be taken in the event of a claim. What does it cover?

In this section of the file, the operator lists the emergency and protection resources at his disposal, in particular fire extinguishers, sprinklers (automatic water fire extinguishers with alarm), water capacity, retention capacity for hazardous product storage, etc. He also lists the human emergency resources at his disposal (employees, firefighters, etc.).

Do I have to submit my declaration at the same time as my building permit application?
