1. What information do you need to compile your declaration file?
The declaration file includes the following information:
the identity of the operator: name or company name, legal form of the operator, registered office address and capacity of the person signing the declaration;
the location where the installation is to be carried out;
the nature and volume of the activities that the declarant proposes to carry out, as well as the heading(s) of the nomenclature of classified installations under which the facility is to be classified.
