3. Identify the contents of a project certificate

Depending on the application submitted and the information provided to the prefectural authority, the project certificate :

• identifies the regimes, procedures and decisions falling under the jurisdiction of the Prefect of the département to which the proposed project is subject, describes the main stages in the appraisal process and lists the documents required for each stage; it mentions, where applicable, the Prefect's intention to request public consultation in accordance with II of article L. 121-17 ;

• may set a timetable for the appraisal of the environmental permit application procedure, indicating the terms and conditions under which the applicant agrees to it and the resulting reciprocal commitments; it recalls the regulatory deadlines when it does not include a timetable or, failing that, agreement...
