5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Don't forget to detail your project

For the process of obtaining a project certificate to be effective, it is essential that you explain your project to the authorities.

The project description should include the project title, the type of activity, an explanatory note on the nature of the project, identification of ICPE headings, precise location and cadastral references.

The initial condition of the site will indicate :

  • land use: current land use, description of existing buildings, existing public facilities (roads, water, sanitation, electricity), easements, etc. ;

  • environmental issues: nearby third parties, flora and fauna, rivers, water tables,...
