4.1 Administrative liability

The person responsible is always the operator designated by the declaration receipt or the registration or authorization decree; in the specific case of the restoration of an ICPE, the parent company or the person responsible for the change of use of the land may be responsible for the restoration work (see ICPE and administrative liability [FIC 0099] ).
