Review file: analysis of the facility's effects on the environment

The "dossier de réexamen" (re-examination file) is a study requested from certain facilities to enable the Prefect to re-examine and, if necessary, update the conditions of the authorization issued to the operator of a facility under the regulations governing installations classified for environmental protection (ICPE). It is drawn up by the operator and forwarded to the Prefect.

As part of its first section, the review dossier must contain an analysis of the effects of the facility's operation on the environment over the ten-year period concerned (article R. 515-72 1°c) of the French Environment Code).
