Re-examination file: performance analysis with reference to Best Available Techniques (BAT)

The "dossier de réexamen" (re-examination file) is a study required of certain facilities to enable the Prefect to re-examine and, if necessary, update the conditions of the authorization issued to the operator of a facility under the regulations governing installations classified for environmental protection (ICPE). It is drawn up by the operator and forwarded to the Prefect.

The review file consists of two parts (article R. 515-72-2 of the French Environment Code):

• additions and updates to the initial authorization application;

• an analysis of your system's operation.
