5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Don't forget to consult your CHSCT before the final validation of your PPI.

Consultation of your CHSCT is compulsory: it must give an opinion, recorded in a PV, on the risks and the measures chosen to respond to them.

It's a good idea to involve your CHSCT as early as the PPI development phase, so as to incorporate their reservations and any adjustments you feel are justified. After all, it's more difficult to change things once everything has been defined. What's more, your CHSCT representatives can be your allies when you need to justify a request for specific external resources.
