 INTRODUCTION

Your facility is classified under the Seveso high threshold regime: you're concerned by the need to draw up an emergency plan for your facility.

Although the Prefect is responsible for drawing up the plan, you will be called upon to contribute your industrial expertise, provide information, write a large part of it, and participate in the civil protection culture with the other players.

You therefore have a major role to play in drawing up, distributing, implementing and updating a PPI, at the request and coordination of the prefect.

  • What is this role?

  • How do I fill it in?
