1. Ministerial order

The récépissé de déclaration (declaration receipt) issued by the prefect to an operator confirms the latter's right to commission one or more facilities classified for environmental protection and subject to declaration. The récépissé de déclaration is accompanied by the arrêté(s) ministériel(s) de prescriptions générales applicable to the declared facility(ies).

1.1 Production conditions

Ministerial decrees setting out general requirements are drawn up for each heading, so that each ICPE heading with a declaration regime refers to a specific ministerial decree regulating the conditions under which the facility may be set up.
