7. Mistakes to avoid

7.1 For a heading with a ministerial decree, do not consider the standard decree to be applicable.

For new headings in the nomenclature of classified installations, there is a ministerial decree of prescriptions as well as an old standard decree corresponding to the old heading number, before the nomenclature was modified. This is the case for most headings today, as the legislator has made progress in drafting the decrees. Consequently, there can be no double application, i.e. ministerial decree + standard decree. Under these conditions, it is the most recent regulatory act, and the one best adapted to the state of technical knowledge, that applies, i.e. the ministerial decree. The standard order should therefore not be considered.
