Ministerial orders follow the same model.
Articles 1 to 4 set out the conditions for applying the requirements to existing and new facilities.
Annex I constitutes the very heart of the text, with all the technical specifications that the operator must comply with. These prescriptions are classified according to nine environmental themes:
general provisions (plant life and compliance with regulations) ;
layout (distance from boundaries, retention, resistance of buildings, etc.) ;
maintenance and operation (surveillance, access, knowledge of hazardous products, monitoring of electrical installations, etc.) ;
risks (location of risk areas, safety and intervention equipment, safety instructions,...
