4. Implement and monitor restoration

4.1 Implementation of restoration measures

The operator implements the reclamation requirements set out in his brief or by the Prefect.

When the work specified in the memorandum or prescribed by the Prefect has been completed, the operator informs the Prefect.

The inspector of classified installations draws up an official report confirming that the work has been carried out. The inspector forwards the report to the prefect, who sends a copy to the operator, the mayor or the president of the local authority responsible for urban planning, and the landowner.
